Do you want to leverage on your experienced leaders and develop them to be your internal career coaches?

Career coaching is the process of working with people to facilitate them in making critical decisions about career choice and direction. Career coaching is a strategic service that employees can use to seek career assistance so that they are better equipped to make career decisions.

We train appointed internal coaches as career coaches for the organisation. These trained career coaches serve as an avenue for employees to seek clarity in their career direction or to better manage their career transitions.
