In today’s demanding environment, leaders find themselves having to navigate situations without all the answers but at the same time, they have the need to give direction to the team. Hence, leaders have to develop new ways of thinking, working and communicating with the team. It involves a shift from a “command and control” style to an “open inclusive” coaching style.

Besides the skills and techniques in coaching, our programme will also introduce the concepts of managing one’s state of mind during coaching conversations, and supporting leaders to cultivate the habit of not reacting emotionally but with thoughtful response during coaching conversations.
