Empower Team
Building coaching and mentoring capability
Are you looking at creating a coaching culture? Are you looking
to have your leaders be skillful mentors and coaches?
Words such as “coach” and “mentor” are sometimes used to mean the same thing. The role of a coach and mentor will mean differently in different organisations, depending on the design and purpose of the two roles. Going beyond the definition a “coach and mentor”, what is more helpful is to work towards the philosophy of building a workplace culture which encourages lifelong learning, invites curiosity and stimulating an environment of coaching and mentoring for everyone.
We have worked with our clients in designing initiatives and programmes to build the coaching and mentoring capability of managers, team supervisors and individual contributors, equipping them with the mindsets, skills to grow people beyond just “teaching” or “show and tell”.
