During the design stage, we worked with the client on the following:  
Developed the key mentoring programme objectives, identify potential resistance from employees
Crafted communication key messages to mentors and mentees to address potential resistance and
commonly asked questions
Brainstormed with client on the different approaches in matching mentors and mentees
Designed forms and templates for the mentoring programme
Designed and facilitated workshops for mentors and mentees

We co-created with the client the following:

Designed ways to measure the impact from mentoring
Designed organisation wide workshops, trained more than 170 mentors and 700 mentees in mentoring mindsets shifts and skills over a 3 years period
