Diana Jean (DJ) Reyes is a seasoned coach and a Leadership Development and Team Culture Facilitator. She is the Founder of Light Paths Academy, a school of ancient wisdom for modern-day quests.

She has delivered workshops in her inimitable, enthusiastic style, in Asia and as far afield as Australia, Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa. Her credentials and certifications include Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Career Power ® for Managers, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, LEGO® Serious Play® and The Mind Gym.  She holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii with High Distinction. She has worked with organsations such as A&E Networks, Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, Grab, Jones Lang Lasalle, Microsoft, Unilever and ZenDesk. 

Growing up, DJ always wanted to be a teacher, but somehow found herself working in the stock market. Seeking direction from a career coach in 2007, she left the session thinking, “I want to do what she’s doing!” She’s never looked back since. She has coached hundreds of individuals on managing their careers with meaning and joy. She is co-creator of a career board game too.

DJ loves nature, traveling, art, writing, drumming, and hiking. When she completed the 800-kilometer Camino de Santiago, she defined her purpose to be: “Grow the Alive Heart-led Tribe through Purpose, Play and Pilgrimages. In a way she did achieve her childhood dream of becoming a teacher – only that as coach and facilitator, the World is her classroom.
